Information for First-Time Exhibitors
Welcome! Our goal is for you to have a successful experience exhibiting at PACK EXPO International or Healthcare Packaging EXPO. To help you get started, we have compiled some topline information for you here.
The Exhibitor Dashboard gives you access to all booth planning information, including your exhibitor directory listing (company profile).
The online exhibitor directory listing is your first point of contact with attendees and will be a determining factor in their decision to add your booth to their show agenda. To stand out, you should make your listing as compelling as possible and full of pertinent information. Remember that this is your opportunity to reach 40+ vertical markets, so speak to the needs of as many markets as your company can serve.
To log in to the dashboard, you will need your Exhibitor ID and password, which are provided to your company’s Show Contact in Exhibitor Update emails.
Log in to your account to:
- Upload your company description
- List the vertical markets you serve
- List your product categories
- Promote in-booth educational offerings
- Register booth personnel
- Access the Exhibitor Service Manual
- Upload your latest product/press releases

PACK EXPO Services offers an online ordering system called cyberservices®, where you can shop for all the services you will need to set up your booth. You will need the Show ID (different from Exhibitor ID) and Password information that was given to your Show Contact to log in and order services such as:
Additional information, including shipping and advanced warehouse instructions, target dates, lead retrieval services and other required forms, can be found in the Exhibitor Service Manual.
Review the all new PACK on the Savings document and learn ways to save as you plan and prepare for the show.
Exhibiting companies receive one free exhibitor badge per 75 square feet of contracted space, and additional badges are $5 per badge until October 9. Afterward, the rate goes up to $15 per additional badge.
Badges are mailed via US mail by default to domestic registrants. International exhibitors must select a mailing method or plan to pick up the badges on-site at the Exhibitor Registration areas.

The Rules & Regulations are an integral and binding part of your contract as an exhibitor. They are put in place to allow all exhibitors to enjoy a successful show.

- Installation and dismantling
- Games, signage and more
Each exhibitor has been assigned target dates and time slots for installation (move-in) and dismantling (move-out) of display material, equipment and machinery at the McCormick Place. Drayage/Material Handling (moving items between your truck at the dock and your booth) is included in your space rate provided your truck arrives by your assigned date and time.
Target Change Requests: If your company is unable to adhere to the scheduled inbound or outbound dates assigned, please complete the Target Change Request Form and email the completed form to [email protected] by Friday, October 16, 2020.
